We will ask open-ended questions to understand the potential specific needs, challenges, and goals. This helps in gathering relevant information.

Explaining Services

We will provide an overview of our services, emphasising how they address the potential initiator’s needs. We may highlight key features, benefits, or similar case studies.

Addressing Questions

The initiator has the opportunity to ask questions about the services, pricing, timelines, or any other concerns they may have.

Qualifying

Our consultant will then review the information in the discovery call in detail within 24 hours. We will then tell you the outcome of our findings.

Next Steps

If the consultant believes that we can successfully manage your case in your favour. Then we will let you know of our steps, this could involve scheduling a follow-up meeting, providing additional information, or sharing the proposal.

Decision-Making

The initiator then evaluates the information given to make an informed decision about whether to move forward with Ties of Kin.

Follow-Up

We will initiate our gentle approach by establishing a gradual connection with the individual you wish to reconnect with. Employing techniques like tweak and RTT, we will gradually introduce the merging process, conducting a brief call involving all parties, typically lasting 3-5 minutes, and then proceed with the full proposal.
